The Arizona Cardinals have finally made a decision in their quarterback carousel. John Skelton has won the job over Kevin Kolb and will start the team's season opener against the Seattle Seahawks, reports CBSSports.com.
Skelton, who will be entering his third NFL season, won five of his seven starts last year filling in for an ineffective Kolb. Skelton completed 55 percent of his passes and threw 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions last season. He finished with a quarterback rating of 68.9.
