Tyler Wilson injury: Arkansas QB knocked out of game with concussion

Arkansas senior quarterback Tyler Wilson suffered what school officials deemed an "injury above the shoulders" in the first half of the Razorbacks game against Louisiana-Monroe and did not take the field for the second half.

But CBSSports.com tweeted that Wilson had a reported concussion, and Fox Sports' Erin Andrews also called the injury a concussion during a studio update.

Wilson completed 11 of 20 passes for 196 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. He was replaced by redshirt freshman Brendan Allen.
