Report: Person found dead at Kansas City baseball stadium

A person was found dead at Kansas City's Kauffman Stadium on Friday and police are investigating what could be a murder-suicide, reports the Kansas City Star.

The person was found in the parking lot on Friday afternoon. The Royals host the  Los Angeles Angels on Friday night at 7:10 p.m. CT.

An ambulance took one patient, believed to be a woman, to a hospital. It is believed there is another person who is dead in a vehicle.

The parking lots were closed temporarily as stadium workers began to arrive for tonight’s game, but they are now reopened.
