Dodgers open to Andre Ethier trade, according to report

The Los Angeles Dodgers are "open" to a potential trade for outfielder Andre Ethier, ESPN.com's Buster Olney reported Monday night via Twitter.

Olney notes that Ethier recently signed a hefty contract extension, which would make any deal surprising. But the 30-year-old Ethier's stats took a slight turn down after he signed the contract extension in June.
