The Patriots are concerned that tight end Rob Gronkowski may have broken his forearm in today's game against the Colts, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com


Gronkowski will get X-rays according to a person informed of the injury, per USA Today. The person did not reveal which arm was injured Gronkowski had seven receptions for 137 yards and two touchdowns Sunday.
