The Pittsburgh Steelers will start veteran Charlie Batch at quarterback Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, reports NFL.com.

The Steelers second-string quarterback Byron Leftwich reportedly sustained fractured ribs in the Steelers' 13-10 to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night and starter Ben Roethlisberger is expected to miss several weeks with a shoulder injury.

Batch, 37, has been with the team for eight seasons and has started three games in the past four years. Batch has thrown for 10,610 yards with 60 touchdowns and 38 interceptions in 15 seasons.
