Fights break out between girlfriends, sisters of Hector 'Macho' Camacho during wake

Fights broke out during the second day of the viewing of deceased Puerto Rican boxer Hector "Macho" Camacho, reports ESPN.

Cynthia Castillo, who claimed to be Camacho's girlfriend at the time of his death, kissed the fighter at the viewing and then got into a confrontation with Gloria Fernandez, who said she had been Camacho's girlfriend for the past 25 years. Camacho's sisters Esther and Estrella also entered the fray.

"I went to get something to eat because Machito [Hector Camacho Jr.] told me to, and his ex-girlfriend [Fernandez] came up to me and told me that I had to leave," Castillo told ESPN Deportes, showing a fresh scratch across her clavicle. "I said no, so they threw my plate of food and attacked me, and I defended myself."

Jorge Lozada, who said he was a member of the Camacho family, allegedly tried to separate Camacho's mother, Maria Matias, and the wife of former bantamweight champion Wilfredo Vazquez. Pushing and shoving also occurred between Lozada and Vazquez.

Camacho won super lightweight, lightweight and junior welterweight world titles in the 1980s. He was shot on Nov. 20 in his hometown of Bayamon and died three days later after doctors took him off life support. He was 50 at the time.
