San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mario Manningham tore the anterior cruciate ligament and posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in Sunday night's 42-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks and is out for the remainder of the season, reports ESPN.com.

Manningham was injured in the third quarter when he was tackled low by Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill and fumbled. Manningham was seen limping out of the locker room Monday on on crutches.

Manningham had 42 receptions for 449 yards and one touchdown for the 49ers (10-4-1) who have already clinched a playoff berth in the NFC. The 49ers can still secure a No. 2 playoff seed with a win Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals along with a Green Bay loss at Minnesota.
