Wisconsin offensive lineman Travis Frederick will skip his senior year and enter the NFL Draft, first reported by ESPN's Joe Schad. ESPN's Mel Kiper projects Frederick as the No. 1 junior center in the nation.

The 6-4 center started in all 13 games for the 2012 season.Frederick also started 13 games in 2011, 11 at left guard and 2 at center after Peter Konz got injured.

He was awarded first-team All-Big Ten honors from the media and honorable mention selection from the coaches. This is the second consecutive season that Wisconsin has lost a standout junior center, the first being Konz last year.
