Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt is wanted for questioning about the circumstances that led to his brother being stabbed on Saturday night, according to a report in The Tennessean.

Britt brought his brother to Jersey City Medical Center early Sunday morning, but he was "uncooperative" when asked about the circumstances that produced his brother's stabbing. Police think that Britt was present at the scene when his brother was stabbed.

“We are looking to speak to Mr. Britt in reference to the incident,’’ Jersey City Police Capt. Edgar Martinez told the Tennessee paper. “We are currently in the process of trying to do that.”

Police also want to talk to Britt about an incident that happened after he left his brother at the medical center, according to the report. Britt drove back to pick up a friend from the home where the stabbing occurred, police told the paper. Around that time, a gunshot was heard in the area near the home where the stabbing occurred. Police also believe Britt was involved in this incident.

“They were all involved in an altercation. So they all knew each other and what was going on,’’ Martinez told The Tennessean. “That’s why we want to talk to him. He was involved in the incident, both incidents. He was there during that time period. So we are looking to speak to him."
