Report: Stanford's Pep Hamilton tops Colts' OC list

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck could be reunited with his former college offensive coordinator. Stanford's Pep Hamilton is the leading candidate to become the Colts' offensive coordinator according to ESPN.com.

The Colts began their search for a new offensive coordinator after Bruce Arians was hired as the head coach of the Cardinals Thursday.

Hamilton, whose official title at Stanford is The Andrew Luck Director of Offense, helped develop Luck into a Heisman Trophy finalist at Stanford and ultimately the NFL's No. 1 overall draft pick in 2012.

Hamilton has been linked to NFL and NCAA jobs including the Jets and Virginia Tech before the Hokies hired Scot Loeffler this week.
