Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh announced during a Monday press conference that Jim Caldwell will stay on as the team's offensive coordinator next season and that the team has hired former Eagles defensive coordinator Juan Castillo.

Caldwell, the former Indianapolis Colts coach, took over the offensive play calling after previous coordinator Cam Cameron was fired in December. He has helped guide the team to Super Bowl XLVII where they will face the San Francisco 49ers. Baltimore quarterback Joe Flacco has thrown for 853 yards with eight touchdowns and no interceptions in the Ravens' playoff run.
