Former No. 1 overall pick Greg Oden is hoping to meet with Heat president Pat Riley at some point over the next week as the oft-injured star is reportedly deciding between joining LeBron James in Miami or playing alongside the reigning Rookie of the Year Kyrie Irving in Cleveland.

According to a report Tuesday from Jeff Goodman of CBS Sports, Oden is entertaining offers from a number of NBA teams. The Boston Celtics are also in the mix as the team moves forward without Rajon Rondo for the rest of the season, but according to sources Oden is leaning towards playing with the Cavs or Heat.

The Heat would likely offer only a veterans minimum contract but the Cavs could entice Oden with a contract of nearly $4 million for next year. Earlier in January, it was reported that the Dallas Mavericks were also in contact with him.
