The New York Yankees and RHP Chien-Ming Wang have agreed to terms on a contract, according to CBS reporter Jon Heyman. The Yankees invited Wang to work out with the team after his performance in the World Baseball Classic with Chinese Taipei.

Wang won 19 games in consecutive years for the Yankees in 2006 and 2007 before a myriad of injuries slowed the right-hander's career. Wang suffered a foot injury in 2008 while running the bases in an interleague game against the Houston Astros. He missed most of 2009 and all of 2010 with a torn capsule in his shoulder before signing with the Washington Nationals in 2010.
