The New England Patriots and starting right tackle Sebastian Vollmer agreed to a four-year deal Monday that could be worth $27 million, reports NFL.com.

Vollmer will receive a $7 million signing bonus, $17 million in base value and $3 million in incentives and bonuses. Vollmer, 28, has played in 51 career regular season games for the Patriots with 44 starts and was a second-team All-Pro in 2010. He played in 15 of 16 games last season and underwent minor knee surgery in February, but should be ready to start the season.
