New York Jets backup quarterback Tim Tebow plans to attend the voluntary workouts the team has scheduled next week if he is still on the roster, reports the New York Post.
Tebow has been the source of trade rumors since the end of a disappointing 2012 season, which saw the Jets fall to a 6-10 record.
Tebow was traded to the Jets last March after spending the first two seasons of his career with the Denver Broncos
. Tebow threw the ball only eight times last season, completing six passes for 39 yards. He also ran the ball 32 times for 102 yards.
