Video: ‘The Daily Show’ takes its shot at the NCAA

'The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" has been trolling various establishments in the United States for the better part of a decade and now it's time for the NCAA to get their turn.

From the Penn State scandal to the debacle with the University of Miami, the NCAA has long been fodder for sportswriters and pundits to get their two cents in. This particular "interview" features an athlete who wants to know why he can't use his own name when he made a rap song.  Also featured is former UCLA star Ed O'Bannon who is currently suing the NCAA for using his likeness in a college basketball video game.

The NCAA says that they own his likeness in perpetuity, because O’Bannon signed a legal release when he was 17 that granted such license.
