Stan Van Gundy is the top candidate for the Bucks' head coaching position, according Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski:

As the Milwaukee Bucks start the process of hiring a new head coach, Stan Van Gundy has emerged as the franchise's top target, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Bucks general manager John Hammond wants a hands-on coach strong on the defensive end of the floor and a restoration of discipline within the locker room.

Van Gundy coached the Magic for five years (2007-08 to 2011-12) and the Heat for three years before that. He has a 371-208 record overall (.641) between the two teams. He was fired by the Magic last year and says he'll be very selective about his next coaching staff.
