Philadelphia 76ers guard Nick Young is being accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit, with the woman claiming Young gave her a drug and then raped her, reports TMZ.com.

The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously under the name Jane Doe, saying she met Young at a bar in West Hollywood and that Young bought her and her friend a drink.

The woman is suing Young for sexual battery, sexual assault, false imprisonment, and seeking unspecified damages. The women is also suing the bar that she met Young in for negligence.

Young, in his 5th NBA season, averaged 10.6 points in 59 games with the Sixers in 2012-13.

More from TMZ.com:

According to the suit, the woman's recollection of the evening ceased shortly after she downed the drink ... and she believes it's because Young had slipped the date rape drug gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) into it. According to the suit, the woman demanded to be taken home by Young -- he obliged -- and she beelined for the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, where she took a rape kit and was tested for STDs. She claims a test at the center confirmed she had been drugged, and determined the injuries to her vagina and rectum were consistent with rape.
