Former Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho has agreed to a four-year deal to coach Chelsea, according to Yahoo!'s Martin Rogers. Days after being relieved of his duties as the head coach of Real Madrid, Mourinho is expected to fly to London on June 2nd to complete the agreement with Chelsea.

The 50-year-old coach led Madrid to win three trophies as the head coach of Real Madrid including winning the Primera Division, Copa del Rey and Spanish Supercopa. This year, Real Madrid was knocked out of the Champions League by Borussia Dortmund in the semi-finals and lost to rival Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey final. Real Madrid’s president, Florentino Perez, revealed that Mourinho and the club mutually agreed to part ways once the 2012-2013 season comes to an end.

Chelsea finished third in the Premier League with a 22-9-7 record.
