Bucks to match any offer sheet for guard Brandon Jennings

Milwaukee Bucks general manager John Hammond said on Friday that the team will negotiate with restricted free-agent guard Brandon Jennings on a new contract but also plan to match any offer sheet signed by Jennings with another team.
Hammond said the team has already made a qualifying offer to Jennings. Jennings, 23, could accept the $4.3 million one-year qualifying offer, play one season with Milwaukee and then become an unrestricted free agent.
When asked if the Bucks plan to bring Jennings back, Hammond's response was "100 percent."
"Our intentions would be to negotiate with Brandon and hopefully we can come to an agreement before he goes out into the market or needs to go out into the market," Hammond said to FOXSportsWisconsin.com. "If it does happen and he goes on the market and signs an offer sheet, our intentions will be to match that."
