Andrew Bynum not working out for teams during free agency

Andrew Bynum, who is coming off an knee issues that kept him out for the entire 2012-13 season, will not be working out for teams during free agency, his agent told Yahoo! Sports.
Bynum underwent arthroscopic surgery on both knees in March. The Mavericks, Cavaliers and Trail Blazers are three of the teams reportedly interested in Bynum, who last played for the Lakers during the 2011-12 season and averaged 18.7 points and 11.8 rebounds in 60 games.

Bynum's agent, David Lee, said Bynum will begin training in July in Atlanta in preparation for next season after completing his rehabilitation from knee surgery. The knee injury caused Bynum to miss the entire 2012-13 season with the Sixers. Lee said there are a "half dozen teams" interested in Bynum and they will be given MRI and other needed medical reports. Bynum, however, will not work out for teams.
