After landing the prize of free agency in center Dwight Howard, the Houston Rockets are spending little time bolstering the rest of their roster around the coveted big man.

According to multiple reports, the Rockets have agreed to a two-year, $2.6 million contract with veteran wingman Francisco Garcia. Garcia has a player option for the second year of his deal. The deal can't be made official until the NBA's moratorium period ends on July 10.

The 32-year-old guard was traded from the Sacramento Kings to the Rockets last season before being waived by the Rockets at the beginning of the free agency period.  Garcia had a $6.4 million team option which the Rockets decided to decline.

Garcia averaged 5.5 points-per-game in less than 18 minutes a game between the Kings and Rockets last season.
