Percy Harvin isn't the only Seattle Seahawks starting wide receiver with injury concerns.

Liz Mathews of 710 ESPN reports Seattle coach Pete Carroll said wide receiver Sidney Rice is in Switzerland receiving treatment on his knee.

Rice was spotted using crutches after the Seahawks' Divisional Round playoff loss to the Falcons in January. While the off-season has passed without news of Rice's progress, it appears that he still has issues with the knee. The Seahawks signed Rice as a highly coveted free agent in 2011, and he reportedly had surgery on both shoulders that year.

Regardless of the current state of his knee, Carroll says he expects Rice to be ready to play in the preseason.

BURKE: Can the Seahawks survive a Percy Harvin injury?

News of Rice's knee comes on the heels of last week's reports that the newly acquired Harvin could require surgery on his hip, potentially forcing him to miss the entire 2013 season.
