Free agent quarterback Vince Young will sign a one-year deal with the Green Bay Packers, multiple media outlets reported Monday.

Young is expected to compete for the team's backup quarterback spot. Right now, Graham Harrell and B.J. Coleman are splitting reps in training camp.

Young, 30, hasn't played since the 2011 season with the Philadelphia Eagles, but was in camp with the Buffalo Bills last year.

Young has 50 starts in 60 career games and has completed 57.9 percent of his attempts for 8,964 yards with 46 touchdowns and 51 interceptions. Young also has 282 carries for 1,459 yards and 12 touchdowns.
