The New Orleans Saints signed wide receiver Steve Breaston to a one-year deal, reports NFL.com.

Financial terms were not announced, but it is reported that Breaston will make the veteran's minimum next season.

Breaston played last season with the Kansas City Chiefs before being released by the team in February.

He reportedly drew interest from the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns and also recently worked out for the Detroit Lions. Breaston has 255 receptions for 3,387 yards and nine touchdowns in six NFL seasons with the Chiefs and the Arizona Cardinals.
