Green Bay wide receiver Jordy Nelson had a knee procedure and will miss the rest of training camp, head coach Mike McCarthy announced Tuesday. The Packers hope Nelson will be able to return for the team's Week 1 game against the 49ers.

Meanwhile, fellow wideout Randall Cobb left practice Tuesday after suffering a bicep injury, per Tyler Dunne of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The Packers are relying on Nelson and Cobb to be the primary targets, along with James Jones, for quarterback Aaron Rodgers this season after Greg Jennings left for the Vikings in free agency. Cobb had 954 yards receiving in his second year as a pro, with eight touchdowns. Nelson had 745 yards receiving and seven touchdowns.
