A man died Monday night after falling between 30 to 40 feet from an upper deck at Turner Field during the game between the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Phillies, according to a report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Police confirmed the fan's death to the Journal-Constitution on Monday night. The man landed outside of the stadium after falling from the upper deck, according to the report. The man was transported to Atlanta Medical Center, where he later died.

It still isn't clear exactly how the man fell, but foul play is not suspected. This isn't the first time a deadly incident has occurred at Turner Field. In May 2008, a 25-year-old Cumming, Ga., man suffered head injuries when he fell down a stairwell at Turner Field during a game against the New York Mets. He later died. Police found alcohol had factored into that accident, which the Braves said was the first non-medical fatality to happen at the ballpark.
