Texas A&M has announced changes to its autograph policy for its Aug. 24 "Meet the Aggies" fan day event.

Aggies fans will be given an autograph card for players and coaches to sign, but other memorabilia such as helmets will not be allowed. The restrictions follow reports of Aggies quarterback Johnny Manziel allegedly accepting cash for autograph sessions that would violate NCAA regulations and a preponderance of alleged Manziel autographs available online.

A&M is not the only school to alter its fan day autograph policies this week. Schools such as Kansas have announced stricter autograph access. Louisville went so far as to prohibit any signings at its fan day. Florida has regulated signings since the 1990s.
