With EJ Manuel and Kevin Kolb injured, the Buffalo Bills will work out unsigned free agent Matt Leinart on Sunday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Bills also reportedly plan to work out former Redskins QB John Beck.

EJ Manuel is recovering from a knee surgery he had on Aug. 11. He has started rehabilitating his knee and the Bills said they had not ruled him out for Week 1. Head coach Doug Marrone said he would not discuss Manuel's timetable for recovery until after preseason.

Kevin Kolb is currently out with concussion-like symptoms sustained during Saturday's preseason game. Kolb has suffered multiple concussions in his career and it's uncertain whether he can play, or what his recovery time would be.

With two potential starters injured, Buffalo needs a healthy option for Week 1.
