Report: Cowboys, Brian Waters agree to contract

The Dallas Cowboys agreed to terms with free-agent guard Brian Waters on a contract, NFL.com reports.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that Waters will receive a one-year deal worth up to $3 million.
Waters and the Cowboys had reportedly been engaged in talks since July.
Waters, 36, sat out last season and he spent the 2011 season with the New England Patriots and was released by the team in April.
