Kings guard Ben McLemore's prank of his mother is making the rounds after he posted it on Instagram Monday morning.

McLemore, the seventh overall pick of the 2013 NBA Draft, introduces the short "ScareCam" video before showing his mom's reaction to discovering a snake in her Taco Bell bag. It's unclear whether the snake is real or rubber.

Perhaps even scarier -- for the Kings, at least -- was McLemore's rough start in the Las Vegas summer league. He was 4-for-23 shooting in his Kings debut against the Mavericks, and followed with an unimpressive outing against the Warriors: 14 points (on 4-for-12 shooting, including 1-of-7 from three-point range), zero assists and four turnovers in 31 minutes.
