Former NFl receiver Brandon Lloyd is attempting a second career as an actor.

Masshole Sports reports that Lloyd plays Sgt. Chuck Lloyd in a direct-to-DVD movie called After Effect. Daniel Baldwin gets top billing in the flick.

The plot revolves around college students who unknowingly sign up for military medical research that turns them into zombies.

Lloyd played 10 NFL seasons with the 49ers, Redskins, Bears, Broncos, Rams and Patriots.
