Alabama suspended safety HaHa Clinton-Dix indefinitely for a violation of team rules, head coach Nick Saban said Wednesday, reports

Saban would not comment about what Clinton-Dix did to specify the violation.  Alabama's next four games are against Georgia State, Arkansas, Kentucky and Tennessee before they have their bye week.

"I'm going to be consistent. When guys get suspended, I never ever say what it's for. All right?" Saban said. "So, I'm not going there, so don't ask me. It's the way it always happens. Every guy.

"If they do right, they wouldn't be getting suspended. I don't know for how long this will be, so don't ask me that either. That's the only new news we have right now."

ANDERSON: Eddie Jackson, Kenyan Drake growing into bigger roles for Alabama Clinton-Dix, a junior, has 24 tackles in four games this season. Last season, he tied for the SEC lead with five interceptions.
