Barcelona striker Neymar suffered a hip injury Thursday and is listed as doubtful for Saturday's friendly vs. South Korea, according to a report from the Associated Press.

The 21-year-old Brazilian sustained the injury in Seoul while training with Brazil's national team. He fell to the ground after a challenge with Lazio midfielder Hernanes and was immediately attended to by doctors.

Neymar was able to walk off the field on his own but appeared in pain as he headed to the locker room, according to the AP. Brazil doctor Edilson Thiele said it's too early to definitively say the extent of the injury.

Neymar was replaced by Zenit forward Hulk for the rest of Brazil's training session. The team is also scheduled to play Zambia in Beijing on Oct. 15. SI WIRE: United States, Iran may play pre-World Cup friendly
