Neymar was able to walk off the field on his own but appeared in pain as he headed to the locker room, according to the AP. Brazil doctor Edilson Thiele said it's too early to definitively say the extent of the injury.
Neymar was replaced by Zenit forward Hulk for the rest of Brazil's training session. The team is also scheduled to play Zambia in Beijing on Oct. 15.
