The Nebraska Cornhuskers and Oregon Ducks will square off for the first time since 1986 as part of a home-and-home series set to begin in 2016, according to ESPN.

Nebraska and Oregon were able to agree to the series after the Cornhuskers moved their planned series with the University of Tennessee from 2016-2017 to 2026-2027.

The first of the two contests will take place at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Ore., on September 17, 2016, before moving to Lincoln, Neb., on September 9th of the following year.
