Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick said he will not play in this Sunday's NFC East showdown against the Dallas Cowboys, as he continues to rehab his injured hamstring.

That means Nick Foles will again get the start.

Foles, who has completed 67.2 percent of his passes with six touchdowns and no interceptions this season, led the Eagles to a 31-20 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"Our offense doesn't change whether Mike is in there or Nick's in there," head coach Chip Kelly said earlier this week "Nick executed that perfectly."

Foles completed 22-of-31 passes for 296 yards and three touchdowns against the Bucs.
