The Philadelphia 76ers figure to be one of the worst teams in the NBA this season.

Now their first-round draft pick's season could be in doubt.

Sixers head coach Brett Brown said that rookie center Nerlens Noel could miss the entire season while he rehabs from a torn ACL suffered in college.  Brown also said that Noel's progress from the injury has been "slow."

Noel was expected to miss a good portion of the season because of the injury.

DOLLINGER: Guess who? Heat top preseason Power Rankings Noel tore the ACL in February and then was selected with the No. 6 pick in the NBA Draft after the 76ers traded point guard Jrue Holiday to the New Orleans Pelicans.  The Pelicans also gave the Sixers a 2014 first-round pick in the trade.
