Allen Craig will start at first base and bat sixth for the St. Louis Cardinals in Game 5 of the World Series against the Boston Red Sox despite being hampered by a foot injury, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino was thought to miss his second straight game because of lower-back tightness, but is now available to play. Jonny Gomes will play left field tonight, and Daniel Nava will move to Victorino's place in right field.
