Kobe Bryant now able to sprint, work on conditioning

Kobe Bryant says he is now able to sprint and work on conditioning, according to Dave McMenamin of ESPN.

Bryant told reporters before the Lakers' Friday night matchup with the San Antonio Spurs that he had a good week of training.  He also said he would count it as one of the three weeks of conditioning he had previously said he would need before he would be able to return to the court.

Kobe tore his Achilles at the end of the 2013 regular season, and has yet to set a return date.
