Richie Incognito, the suspended Miami Dolphins offensive lineman who allegedly bullied teammate Jonathan Martin, is expected to soon file a grievance against the team, reports FOXSports1's Alex Marvez.

Incognito was suspended indefinitely by the team and stands to lose his weekly salary of $235,294.12.

Incognito and some of his teammates have denied that he bullied Martin, a second-year offensive lineman who left the team in late October.

On Tuesday, in Incognito's most recent comments about the scandal, he said, "I’m just trying to weather the storm right now. This will pass."
