Oklahoma City Thunder C Kendrick Perkins left the teams' game against the Golden State Warriors on Friday night after dislocating his left ring finger, according to Darnell Mayberry of the Oklahoman.

Perkins left the game late in the second quarter and the Thunder announced during halftime that he would not return to the game. Rookie Steven Adams started the second half in his place.

Perkins has been off to a slow start in Oklahoma City this season, averaging less than half a block a game and shooting only 40.5% from the field.
