The Indianapolis Colts have placed Daniel Adongo, a former professional rugby player, on their active roster.

Adongo had never played a down of American football when he arrived at Colts training camp this past summer, but the team has helped to craft Adongo into a pass rusher. Indianapolis now feels Adongo is able to compete at the highest level of the sport after placing him on the active roster for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
