Report: Jason Thompson is on trading block for Sacramento

The Sacramento Kings are looking to trade power forward Jason Thompson, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.

Sacramento has already been a part of two big trades early in the NBA season, acquiring Rudy Gay from the Toronto Raptors on Sunday for several players with expiring contracts, and taking on Derrick Williams from the Minnesota Timberwolves last month.

Williams arrival has decreased playing time for Thompson, who is averaging 7.1 points and 5.6 rebounds in 21.9 minutes a game.
