Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs will return to the lineup Sunday night against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to a report from ProFootballTalk's Mike Florio.

Briggs is currently listed as questionable after being cleared medically earlier this week. The Pro-Bowl LB has expressed some concerns about his conditioning, saying he wanted to make sure he could make positive contributions to the team on the field.

EAGLE: Rex Ryan tells New York Jets players that he expects to be fired Briggs, who has been out with a fractured shoulder since Oct. 20, is just one of several Chicago defensive players who have been sidelined this year, including, cornerback Charles Tillman and defensive tackle Henry Melton, both of whom suffered season ending injuries.
