The Los Angeles Dodgers have agreed to terms on a one year contract with closer Chris Perez, according to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports.

Perez was released by the Indians this off-season after serving as their full-time closer for the past four seasons, during which he had a WHIP of 1.20 and 123 saves. He was recently placed on probation for one-year after police discovered marijuana in a package sent to his house.

Perez's contract is still pending based on the results of a team physical, which is scheduled for Monday.
