Yasiel Puig arrested in Florida on reckless driving charge

Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig was arrested Saturday morning in Florida on a reckless driving charge, according to the Naples News. A Florida Highway Patrol spokesman said Puig was caught speeding at 110 mph in a 70 mph zone on the Alligator Alley section of I-75.

Lon Rosen, chief marketing officer for the Dodgers, said he was not aware of the arrest and could not comment on it.

According to ESPN.com, Puig was arrested in April 2013 in Chattanooga, Tenn., and charged with speeding, reckless driving and driving without proof of insurance.
