The Daily Record reported Thursday that New York Jets tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. has been charged with possession of Fubinaca, a synthetic form of marijuana.

Winslow appeared in court Wednesday for a central judicial processing. He was allegedly found with the drug on November 19 in East Hanover, N.J. but police only signed a criminal complaint December 30. Winslow served a four-game suspension earlier this season for a violation of the NFL's PED policy, which he later claimed may have been due to allergy medication.
