A 6-5, 234-pound redshirt sophomore, Benjamin caught 54 passes for 1,011 yards and 15 touchdowns this season. He was second on the team in receiving yards.

Benjamin, who turns 23 next month, joins defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan and running back James Wilder as Seminoles underclassmen to declare for the draft. Projections have Benjamin as either a late first-round or second-round pick.
