A woman is suing Houston Texans running back Arian Foster, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ (via Pro Football Talk). The woman claims that Foster and family members harassed her to have an abortion after Foster impregnated her, according to the report.

Foster has not commented on the lawsuit. He and his representatives did not respond to TMZ's request for comment. Foster's attorney, Alvin Zimmerman, told local station KHOU that he did not yet have a comment.

According to KHOU, the woman's attorney has filed a temporary restraining order against Foster. There will be a hearing on a restraining order is set for Wednesday morning.

Foster played in just eight games for the Texans this season before being placed on injured reserve with a back injury that required surgery.
